Shelfhand is a simple inventory app for one-person shops, market stalls and makers. Scan a barcode or snap a photo, and always know what you have, where it is and what it's worth.
Count, even offline
Scan barcodes or QR labels to find an item, add stock or take it away. In batch mode every scan adds one, and every change can be undone. The guided stock take walks you through your items one at a time with a big counter — no connection needed.
Close your market day
When you're done, compare what you counted with your records. Shelfhand shows every difference and its value before you apply it, and each change keeps a reason: sold, damaged, used, gift, lost, returned or correction. Your history always explains why a number changed.
Know what to bring next time
Set a minimum level for each item and Shelfhand tells you when stock runs low or out. The reorder list suggests quantities and an estimated cost, and you can share the order as text or PDF.

- Folders for places like home, shop, van or stall, with a spot such as "Shelf B"
- Photos, SKU, cost and sale prices with or without tax, tags and your own fields
- Barcode and QR labels you can print with AirPrint
- On iPhone Duo, the list and the item you picked sit side by side on the two screens
Your data stays yours
There's no account, no advertising and no tracking. Your inventory is stored on your iPhone; with iCloud sync turned on, it's kept in your own private iCloud, which we can't access. CSV import and export and a full backup mean you can always take your data with you.
Free and Pro
Shelfhand is free for up to 50 items with one photo each. Shelfhand Pro unlocks unlimited items, up to 8 photos per item, PDF reports, labels and iCloud sync. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or buy Pro once with no subscription.
